Media Relations Assistance
Alliance for Audience has developed close relationships with various media outlets throughout Arizona. To view a list of organizations, go to the Media Partners page.
Annually (in September), AFA produces an arts preview two-week edition with AZ Weekly magazine to promote member organizations upcoming seasons. This year, AFA began an arts preview with Zocalo in Tucson to promote member organizations there.
On a weekly basis, AFA's Executive Director appears on Channel 3's Good Morning Arizona (KTVK) to promote upcoming arts & cultural events.
If your organization would like to be promoted through any of these venues, AFA requests that you first ensure your listing on ShowUp.com has been submitted. For instructions, please see the Calendar page. Then, you may submit a request to Skye Fallon (click here to send an email). AFA requests you make this request 4 weeks in advance of your event. In some cases, we can accept events 2 weeks in advance. Please note: due to limited space and time requirements, special placement may not always be possible.
